About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our operational support team, serving as a technical architect for Microsoft Intune and overseeing business-critical EUC configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, test, and deploy Windows Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, and Conditional Access rules within Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- →Manage and troubleshoot the Windows Autopilot deployment process for remote new hires
- →Package, test, and deploy Win32 applications and M365 apps
- →Oversee Windows Update rings and feature updates
- →Act as the final point of escalation for complex Windows OS, hardware, and driver issues
- →Perform deep-dive troubleshooting using Event Viewer, log analysis, and Sysinternals tools
- →Manage device enrollment, compliance, and configuration profiles for various operating systems
- →Integrate Apple Business Manager with Jamf PreStage Enrollments
- →Provide advanced technical support to end-users
- →Conduct training sessions and workshops
- →Serve as a point of escalation for challenging support tickets
- →Collaborate with the Infosec team to ensure security
- →Manage device identity and hybrid-join states within Entra ID
- →Implement and monitor endpoint security policies
- →Assist in IT infrastructure deployment and maintenance
- →Utilize PowerShell and Bash/Zsh scripting
- →Create detailed technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Microsoft Intune and EUC configurations
- ✓Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS
- ✓Experience with Windows Autopilot deployment
- ✓Familiarity with Win32 applications and M365 apps
- ✓Troubleshooting skills using Event Viewer and Sysinternals
- ✓Experience with device enrollment and compliance profiles
- ✓Knowledge of Apple Business Manager and Jamf
- ✓Strong technical support skills
- ✓Scripting experience with PowerShell and Bash/Zsh
- ✓Understanding of AD DS, AD FS, AAD Connect, and related technologies
