About the Role
We are looking for an SMB Sales Manager to join Cirrus, a HaaS technology enabled electronics provider revolutionizing the signage industry. This role involves leading a team of Account Executives selling LED display solutions through our Hardware-as-a-Service model.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales quotas
- →Use CRM data and funnel metrics to identify conversion gaps and drive measurable improvement in win rates
- →Own the full sales process, from prospecting to close, with a structured methodology
- →Drive sales performance by setting clear goals and monitoring key metrics
- →Support pipeline management by coaching AEs on prospecting, deal qualification, and closing strategies
- →Refine and implement sales processes to maximize efficiency and increase conversion rates
- →Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture
- →Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies
Requirements
- ✓Proven sales manager with 3+ years managing high-performing B2B sales teams
- ✓Experience with subscription or SaaS-based business models
- ✓Strong business acumen and comfort with data
- ✓Experienced in leading teams of 10+ sales reps
- ✓Proficiency with Sales Methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, or SPICED)
- ✓Strong communicator with the ability to motivate and develop sales talent
- ✓Strong CRM hygiene habits (HubSpot experience preferred)
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required
