About the Role
We are looking for a Brandwatch Onboarding Consultant to join our global Onboarding team at Cision. This role focuses on enabling customers to effectively use Brandwatch products to gain practical insights from social data.
Key Responsibilities
- →Become an expert in the Brandwatch suite of products and stay updated on industry trends
- →Design and deliver project solutions that address client objectives while allowing for future scalability
- →Coordinate resources and delegate tasks to ensure all work meets the highest standards
- →Drive long-term product adoption by making proactive recommendations about best practices
- →Consult with clients to understand their requirements and help them achieve their business goals
- →Manage several complex customer engagements simultaneously
- →Represent Brandwatch in client-facing meetings
- →Build exposure for the team through internal and external events
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of prior experience with software onboarding or customer-facing roles
- ✓Ability to adapt quickly to new software and changing business requirements
- ✓Experience using data to analyze results and make data-driven decisions
- ✓Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly
- ✓Bilingual in English and French is strongly preferred
- ✓SEO optimization experience is a strong plus
