About the Role
The City of Fort Worth Police Department is seeking a Contract Compliance Specialist to join their CCPD Partners with a Shared Mission Unit. This role focuses on facilitating grant funding contracts for non-profit agencies conducting crime prevention programming.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate contract development, monitoring, and reimbursement requests
- →Work with the Legal department to develop standardized agreements and policies
- →Conduct program monitoring and prepare monitoring reports
- →Update and manage contract tracking database and related information
- →Review financial records and ensure transaction accuracy
- →Compile and analyze agency monitoring data for audit purposes
- →Provide administrative support and respond to information requests
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, finance, or related field
- ✓Three years of experience preparing and monitoring grant funded community programs
- ✓Ability to pass a CJIS fingerprint-based background check
- ✓Drug Screen and Polygraph examination
