About the Role
The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) is seeking a City Research Scientist to support the evaluation of provider agencies in child welfare and juvenile justice services. This role involves developing performance measures, designing evaluation methodologies, and maintaining detailed documentation to enhance analysis reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop performance measures and reports using individual/case-level data
- →Design and refine evaluation methodologies for prevention and foster care programs
- →Ensure alignment of performance indicators across ACS reports
- →Maintain detailed documentation, including data dictionaries, to enhance analysis reliability
- →Provide data-driven insights to support the Division of Prevention Services and the Division of Family Permanency Services
- →Collaborate closely with foster care and prevention service providers
- →Support data analysis needs for other units within the Division of Policy, Planning, and Measurement (DPPM) and ACS as required
- →Maintain, update, and develop reports based on established methodologies and performance measures
- →Design and manage dashboards to track key performance indicators
Requirements
