About the Role
The People Data & Strategy Analyst plays a crucial role in providing supportive analysis and assists in operational, procedural, and workforce analyses within the agency. This position focuses on data insights into strategic actions to improve the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of the organization’s people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain the CPO dashboard booklet on a monthly basis, sharing metric insights with management teams.
- →Respond to HR data requests on data analysis and special projects on an ad-hoc basis.
- →Analyze and interpret data sets related to workforce metrics such as recruitment, onboarding, and workplace injuries.
- →Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- →Create training videos for staff to effectively implement and adapt new processes.
- →Supervise and provide guidance to interns and temporary staff.
Requirements
- ✓Permanent in the Staff Analyst Civil Service title or comparable title eligible for 6.1.9 Title Change.
- ✓Advanced data analytics skills and strategic decision-making abilities.
- ✓Experience with data tools and technologies for workforce strategies.
- ✓Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- ✓Ability to conduct research and develop data-driven strategies.
