Key Responsibilities
- →Track tasks, define project scope, implement standard operating procedures, monitor deliverables, and conduct follow-up from meetings.
- →Manage stakeholders by reporting on project status, convening and facilitating meetings, and representing the team in interagency and external meetings.
- →Conduct research and writing, including basic data analysis and landscape assessments.
- →Provide administrative support, including scheduling, note-taking, and brief writing when required.
- →Manage risks by identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to avoid project delays.
Requirements
- ✓Strong writing and communication skills, especially experience developing effective high-level presentations, memos, and reports.
- ✓Discretion, sensitivity, and attention to detail.
- ✓Experience with executive communication and high-level stakeholder management.
