About the Role
The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is seeking a Senior Engineer, Agency Planning and Implementation to join the Division of Energy Management (DEM). This role will work within DEM’s Operations Unit to oversee energy efficiency projects, support agency energy master planning, and manage technical calculations and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee energy efficiency project development by reviewing Energy Efficiency Reports (EERs) and Energy Master Plans
- →Support agency energy master planning and project prioritization
- →Develop and enhance internal processes and training programs
- →Perform technical calculations and analysis using various engineering tools
- →Manage and maintain internal databases and project development data
- →Liaise with agency partners, facility managers, and other stakeholders
- →Support strategic planning initiatives and external communications
- →Manage and oversee Associate Engineers
Requirements
