About the Role
We are looking for a Design Manager to join our team at CloudKitchens. This role focuses on shaping the design and delivery of CloudKitchens facilities across our portfolio, with a strong emphasis on design leadership and technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, guiding them from early concept through construction documentation and delivery
- →Ensure designs meet operational needs, architectural standards, and construction requirements
- →Collaborate across disciplines to solve complex design challenges while maintaining project momentum
- →Review drawings and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- ✓Five to ten years of experience in architectural design
- ✓Strong proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam
- ✓Familiarity with U.S. building codes and construction standards
- ✓Experience managing complex project workflows in a fast-paced environment
