About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join City Storage Systems, a company building infrastructure for better food delivery. This role focuses on end-to-end recruiting for technical profiles across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design interview processes and structure panel interviews to assess candidate competencies
- →Implement talent strategies to identify hiring gaps and creatively source candidates
- →Utilize CSS tool stack to track outreach and organize talent pipeline
- →Act as a master of scale to grow the team in a cost-efficient way
- →Contribute to key project initiatives that improve recruiting practices
- →Own hiring manager relationships to drive recruiting strategies
- →Handle end-to-end recruiting for junior to senior tech team roles
Requirements
- ✓+6 years of experience in recruiting technical profiles for different markets
- ✓Advanced level of English for communication with managers and coworkers
- ✓Experience with outbound recruiting strategies
- ✓Data-driven mindset and excellent oral communication skills
- ✓Strategic problem-solving abilities and customer orientation
