We’re looking for a motivated "Technical Office Engineer" to join our team in the interior finishing industry. | Architecture Engineers only Company: Clad Fine Creations   Location: New Cairo

What you’ll be doing: • Managing BOQs, client files, and contractor statements (invoices, progress payments, etc.). • Assisting in preparing and reviewing project financials and performance reports. • Supporting cost estimation and tracking project budgets. • Coordinating with project teams to keep documentation and reports accurate and up to date. • Ensuring compliance with contracts and agreements.

What we’re looking for: • "Degree in Architecture Engineering"is a must  • 2–4 years of experience as an Account Manager in the interior finishing industry. • Good understanding of BOQs, contractor statements, and project financial tracking. • Basic knowledge of actual vs. planned cost analysis and reporting. • Comfortable working with relevant software/tools for documentation and financials. • A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
