At Clari + Salesloft, our Senior Product Manager will be pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing product organization, serving as the strategic owner of the Sales Engagement product area within our Predictive Revenue Platform β driving the vision, roadmap, and execution that directly impacts how enterprise revenue teams operate.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product experiences that help revenue teams make smarter, faster decisions. Specifically, you will:
Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship high-quality product features on time and with measurable impact.
Own and prioritize your product roadmap, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term strategic goals.
Conduct deep customer discovery and translate insights into clear, well-scoped requirements and user stories.
Define success metrics and rigorously track product performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement.

Our Clari + Salesloft Product team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming product managers, designers, and researchers who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Product team consists of collaborative, intellectually curious builders who are deeply committed to understanding our customers and shipping products that move the needle. PMs on our team share a few common traits: they are strategic yet execution-focused, comfortable with data, and energized by working at the intersection of AI, sales, and enterprise technology.

THE SKILL SET:
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of owning a product roadmap end-to-end and shipping impactful features
Strong ability to translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements
Experience working closely with engineering and design in an agile environment
Comfort with data β you use metrics to prioritize, measure success, and make decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence without authority
Collaborative mindset β you celebrate team wins and share credit gerously
Experience managing products with ML/AI components β you understand enough to have productive conversations with data scientists and engineers
Familiarity with using AI tools to uplevel your strategic thinking, speed of execution, prototyping, researching, and more β you're someone who actively experiments with new tools to work smarter
Nice to have experience with CRM, sales engagement, or revenue intelligence platforms
Background in or strong familiarity with revenue operations, forecasting, or sales analytics
Familiarity with using AI tools to uplevel your strategic thinking, speed of execution, prototyping, and research β you actively experiment with new tools to work smarter
Experience with CRM, sales engagement, or conversational intelligence / revenue intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, Outreach)
Background in or strong familiarity with revenue operations, forecasting, or sales analytics
Experience launching, managing, or integrating mobile applications in a B2B environment
Familiarity with enterprise data models and access hierarchies and how they impact analytics and dashboarding
