THE OPPORTUNITY:
At Clari + Salesloft, our Senior Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure will be pivotal to our engineering organization's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing team in India.
On a day-to-day basis, you will -
As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the following core functions:
Partner with Engineering Leads to drive key infrastructure initiatives spanning Cloud Platform, DevOps & CI/CD and Security & Compliance across multiple product areas.
Continuously improve delivery processes and cross-team coordination, especially across geographies and teams dependent on shared infrastructure.Β
Apply Agile methodologies at both team and scaled levels to improve delivery and coordination (e.g., Scrum and Kanban)
Drive quarterly and annual planning by managing portfolio scope, risks, dependencies, and impediments across infrastructure and platform teams.
Track and report on planning, execution, and engineering effectiveness metrics to support continuous improvement and leadership visibility.
Influence and coach engineering and product teams on effective processes and best practices
Contribute to scaling the Engineering Operations Organization as we grow through and beyond the Clari + Salesloft unification.Β
Be a trusted partner to infrastructure teams, connecting the dots across workstreams and keeping everyone aligned toward shared goals

THE TEAM:
In the TPM team, You will be part of the larger R&D Operations Organization within Engineering operations. This group is responsible for supporting our product and engineering teams, agile coaching & process governance, driving strategic engineering programs, and associated interlocks the Product & Engineering organization needs to be successful.
THE SKILL SET:
10+ years of experience in a TPM or similar role, with at least 3 years supporting infrastructure or platform teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
Strong Jira aptitude and an understanding of engineering management platforms (e.g., Jellyfish)
Ability to drive open items (risks, dependencies, etc.) to effective resolution in the planning and execution process
Experience leading cross-functional programs in an R&D organization from idea to completion
Technical aptitude, with the ability to understand the high-level architecture of what is being built to successfully drive planning and execution
Possesses a growth mindset and leads with positive energy
Excellent interpersonal skills and presence
