About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer, DBE to join our team at Clari + Salesloft. This role focuses on building and scaling our data platform to support enterprise revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and scale RDBMS and NoSQL systems to meet massive ingestion and analytical demands
- →Lead large, cross-functional projects in data persistence, migration, and scaling
- →Architect scale-out strategies including sharding technologies
- →Build automation and tooling to improve engineering efficiency
- →Collaborate with Architects, Product Development, and Data Science teams
- →Maintain and grow our data resources with high-availability solutions
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience building large-scale, business-critical applications in the cloud
- ✓Expertise in RDBMS and NoSQL systems including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Amazon Aurora, MongoDB, and Cassandra
- ✓Expert-level experience with Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management
- ✓Ability to code in Python or Java with solid shell scripting skills
- ✓Experience with high-availability databases and failover clustering
- ✓Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- ✓Excellent communication skills for cross-timezone collaboration
