About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Implementation Engineer to join Clarion, a healthcare technology company that uses AI agents to handle patient scheduling and other administrative tasks. This role involves building and shipping production code, managing technical project plans, and serving as the primary technical point of contact for customer teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and ship production code, including integrations, AI agent configurations, and platform logic
- →Create and manage technical project plans from scoping through go-live
- →Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer technical teams
- →Optimize AI agents in production by monitoring performance and refining behavior
- →Drive account expansion by deploying new features and identifying upsell opportunities
- →Shape the product by translating field observations and customer feedback into actionable requirements
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of engineering experience shipping production systems while working directly with customers
- ✓Track record of managing complex, multi-workstream technical projects
- ✓Experience as a primary technical point of contact, comfortable leading architecture discussions
- ✓Ability to synthesize customer needs into insights that bridge field reality and engineering priorities
