Overview
As a QA Engineer at Clariti, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our Salesforce‑driven solutions. This role is heavily focused on validating Salesforce customizations, integrations, automations, data flows, and end‑to‑end business processes. You will design automated frameworks, build robust test coverage, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain a high standard of product excellence.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end test automation using Playwright with TypeScript, targeting Salesforce UI flows and web integrations.
• Extensively test Salesforce applications including custom objects, Lightning Components, Flows, Apex logic, assignment rules, and process automations.
• Validate Salesforce integrations across systems, APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
• Build scalable and maintainable automation suites for regression, smoke, and integration testing specifically tailored to Salesforce deployments.
• Collaborate with developers, Salesforce engineers, and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and cross‑platform validation steps.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployments to sandboxes and production.
• Debug issues, triage automation failures, and continuously improve the reliability of Salesforce testing frameworks.
• Set up, manage, and validate Salesforce scratch orgs and sandbox environments to ensure consistency across QA environments.
What You Bring
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Playwright for end‑to‑end automation, preferably targeting complex enterprise applications.
• Strong experience testing Salesforce applications—with a solid understanding of objects, flows, permissions, Lightning components, validation rules, Apex triggers/classes, and automation tools.
• Experience with integration testing across systems, APIs, middleware, and data flows within a Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for automation development.
• Ability to analyze complex Salesforce configurations and translate them into robust test scenarios.
• Understanding of QA processes in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
Bonus Points
• Experience with Salesforce-specific testing tools such as Provar, Selenium‑Salesforce integrations, or Apex test classes.
• Familiarity with API testing platforms like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
• Understanding of Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Metadata API.

💰 The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $75,000-$100,00 based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy. 💰

Travel- Although we operate as a remote company, all roles are expected to participate in occasional travel for in-person company-wide or departmental meetings, typically 1-2 times per year. Additional travel requirements specific to the role, if any, will be outlined in the job description.
