We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to help define and execute the product roadmap for new expansion opportunities at ClassPass.

The Role You’ll Play:
• Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and researchers to identify and deliver high-impact product opportunities
• Define and drive the squad roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic investments
• Partner across product, engineering, design, and business teams to bring new features from concept through launch and optimization
• Build and scale consumer and partner-facing experiences that support ClassPass’s expansion into new markets and categories
• Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform product decisions and continuously improve user experience
• Align stakeholders across the organization, incorporating diverse perspectives to strengthen outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve underlying systems, processes, and user journeys to maximize business and customer value
Experience You Bring:
• Experience shipping impactful products and navigating complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of how products are built, including APIs, system integrations, and data structures
• Comfort working with data—defining metrics, analyzing performance, and translating insights into action
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems and drive clarity, prioritization, and execution
• Effective communicator and collaborator who can influence across teams and levels
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a bias toward learning, iteration, and continuous improvement
• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment
