About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to join ClearView Healthcare Partners, a premier life sciences strategy consulting firm. This role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for both corporate and billable consulting roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned corporate and consulting requisitions.
→Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop position descriptions.
→Manage interview processes, including slate development and interviewer calibration.
→Lead offer development and negotiation in partnership with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and HR.
→Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and networking.
→Develop and maintain warm pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
→Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies.
→Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent availability and assessment best practices.
→Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and clear expectations.
→Partner closely with People Operations/HR and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions.
→Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system.
→Track and report on key recruiting metrics and recommend improvements.
→Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and templates.

Requirements

✓7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
✓Experience hiring in consulting or professional services environments.
✓Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and building pipelines for specialized and senior roles.
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
✓Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with evolving needs.
✓Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common sourcing platforms.
