About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team. This role focuses on uncovering complex supply chain inefficiencies and designing tailored integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Function as the technical lead and trusted advisor through the sales cycle
→Conduct discovery sessions directly with prospective and existing customers to gather business and technology requirements
→Translate technical architecture into business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders
→Demonstrate the value of Cleo solutions through presentations and demonstrations
→Collaborate with Product Management to provide 'voice of the customer' feedback
→Assess, scope, and complete proofs of concept (POCs)
→Lead the technical response for RFI/RFPs

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
✓5+ years in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles
✓Experience with cloud or on-premises integration software
✓Understanding of core Supply Chain processes
✓Knowledge of B2B integrations, including EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML data structures
