- ✓Experience establishing and maintaining high-quality development patterns
- ✓Passion for Web App performance including Web Vitals and human-centered performance
- ✓Understanding of what it takes to build a SaaS product
- ✓High standards for code quality, system design, and performance
- ✓Belief in solving real customer problems with appropriate tradeoffs
- ✓Love for working on products you use yourself
