About the Role

We are looking for a Developer Advocate to join ClickHouse, a fast-growing cloud company recognized on the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 list. This role will serve as the bridge between our developer community, internal teams, and external partners, playing a central role in growing and supporting our large AMER meetup community.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and grow ClickHouse’s AMER meetup network, coordinating events, speakers, logistics, and community engagement
→Serve as the primary connector for developer-focused initiatives across ClickHouse, collaborating with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams
→Act as a liaison between ClickHouse, our community, partners, and customers to identify opportunities and drive adoption
→Enable internal teams to create impactful technical content by connecting them with subject matter experts
→Track and report metrics that measure the success of developer engagement and advocacy programs
→Represent ClickHouse at conferences, webinars, meetups, and other technical forums
→Support engineers in online communities such as Discord, Twitter, Slack, and GitHub Discussions

Requirements

✓Strong technical background in data systems, analytics, or distributed systems
✓Experience engaging and enabling developer communities, including running meetups or events
✓Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and with external partners and customers
✓Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical topics for diverse audiences
✓Strategic thinking and initiative to drive programs that scale across multiple geographies
✓Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ of the time, with living near a major airport required
