Copywriter at Climate First Bank

Climate First Bank, a Certified B Corp and Florida Benefit Corporation committed to environmental and social causes, is seeking a purpose-driven Creative Director to join their team in Central Florida (remote with occasional travel).

This leadership role will support both Climate First Bank and its fintech subsidiary, OneEthos, by serving as a "working manager" to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team while acting as the primary artist behind all creative execution—including copywriting, striking designs, brand stewardship, and digital innovation for campaigns across various platforms.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive creative leadership experience (preferably in banking or fintech), an entrepreneurial mindset, and a deep commitment to social, economic, environmental, and racial justice; compensation includes a competitive base salary, potential annual bonus, employee stock options, 100% paid health insurance for the employee, and a 401(k) with a 6% match (no vesting period).
