About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Client Support Specialist to join our team at Clipboard Health. This role focuses on providing exceptional support to our workplace customers, ensuring a seamless experience and preventing churn.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic support to workplace customers across voice and email
- →Resolve shift, payment, and platform-related issues in real time
- →Navigate tools like Zendesk and the Clipboard Health portal to investigate cases and maintain accurate documentation
- →Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
- →Develop deep expertise in our products and processes to identify recurring issues and improve customer experiences
- →Work cross-functionally with teams such as Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations to resolve customer issues effectively
