About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Cloudflare's high-performing Sales team. This role will contribute to Cloudflare's revenue generation by delivering pipeline at scale to Sales counterparts, focusing on people, process, and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the first point of contact for customers needing solutions
- →Develop customer-centric sales skills to deliver excellent customer experiences
- →Learn Cloudflare’s products and services in detail
- →Own and meet target quota related to qualified opportunities, response SLA, pipeline value, and revenue
- →Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads
- →Discover pain points and map them to Cloudflare solutions
- →Work cross-functionally with stakeholders
- →Report, track, and manage sales activities using SFDC
- →Contribute to the creation and iteration of team processes
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 1 year of experience in BDR or a similar role in the technology industry
- ✓Experience in SaaS is preferred
- ✓Experience with Outreach and Salesforce is a plus
- ✓Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- ✓Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- ✓Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- ✓Strong interpersonal communication skills
- ✓Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity
- ✓Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
