About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our team at Cloudflare in Singapore. This role focuses on championing the employee lifecycle process across the APJC region, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- →Champion key employee lifecycle processes across APJC, including onboarding, internal transfers, organizational changes, and offboarding
- →Provide timely, high-quality support to employee inquiries through Zendesk, acting as a trusted liaison between employees and People/Payroll teams
- →Collaborate with specialized teams such as Payroll, Benefits, and Legal to address and resolve complex issues efficiently
- →Maintain and update employee records across People/Payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- →Analyze employee feedback and process metrics to identify opportunities for process enhancements
- →Contribute to HR system implementations, vendor management, and regional programs
Requirements
- ✓4+ years in HR administration with experience handling sensitive employee information
- ✓Highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective time management skills
- ✓Proficient in working with data and skilled in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
- ✓Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for supporting colleagues
- ✓Effective communicator, able to clearly articulate information both verbally and in writing
- ✓Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- ✓Familiarity with Workday or Zendesk would be an advantage
