About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated Program Manager to join our Data Intelligence and Analytics (DIA) team at Cloudflare. This role is dedicated to supporting the building of internal data environments and data products that serve internal data customers. The ideal candidate will work with technical leads to drive the delivery of various initiatives, including AI/ML projects, and support the roadmap tracking of our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage with various operations teams to plan, track, and manage the execution of programs and initiatives.
- →Develop clear and transparent communication channels to align with business stakeholders and other delivery teams.
- →Support DIA managers in requirements gathering, project tracking, meeting alignment, documentation, and follow-up.
- →Actively partner with DIA managers and team members on quarterly planning and roadmap tracking.
- →Collaborate with team leads to develop executive reporting materials.
- →Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
- →Support the management of data sourcing schedules, timelines, and milestones for project implementation and delivery.
- →Organize daily activities to support the ongoing management of programs.
- →Support the operational development of program management within the DIA team.
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS in Business Administration or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ✓3-5 years experience in planning and prioritization for highly cross-functional teams.
- ✓Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven track record of effective communication at various levels, including executive level.
- ✓Strong competency with project management tools (Confluence, JIRA) and various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc).
- ✓Comfortable managing tight deadlines, changing priorities, and ambiguity.
- ✓Knowledge of technical program management and a desire for continuous improvement.
- ✓Cooperative leader who has successfully gained authority with peers by demonstrating empathy, providing support, and motivating others.
