About the Role
We are looking for a Renewals Account Manager to join Cloudflare's Sales team. This role involves working with LATAM markets, requiring fluent Spanish and Portuguese proficiency. You will be responsible for maximizing renewal value of existing customers by building relationships and articulating ROI to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and maximize renewal value of a book of business
- →Build and leverage customer and channel relationships
- →Capture and articulate ROI to senior customer stakeholders
- →Maintain and report an accurate weekly forecast
- →Negotiate and execute renewal contracts
- →Analyze data to identify selling opportunities
- →Drive alignment with the Sales team
- →Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders
- →Handle multiple deals simultaneously
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewals or account management
- ✓2+ years relative industry experience
- ✓Expertise in SaaS retention and sales process
- ✓Excellent knowledge of value driven sales
- ✓Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
