About the Role
We are looking for a Developer Platform Deal Strategist to join Cloudflare's Developer GTM organization. This role will work closely with Sales and Product teams to accelerate revenue growth and enhance the developer customer journey. This is a high-ownership, high-impact position where strategic thinking and execution directly translates into commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide strategic guidance and support on complex, high-value Developer Platform deals
- →Join customer and partner calls to guide on workloads, products, and commercial structures
- →Streamline deal review, approval, and contracting processes with cross-functional teams
- →Develop pricing strategies and licensing models for Developer Platform products
- →Create training materials and best practices for the sales organization
- →Analyze deal performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- →Act as a conduit between sales and product/GTM teams
- →Support strategic programs like Cloudflare for Startups
- →Contribute to the long-term strategic vision for Developer Platform commercialization
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in business development or sales strategy
- ✓Ability to structure and negotiate high-value SaaS agreements
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and initiative
- ✓Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- ✓Highly customer-centric with a strategic mindset
- ✓Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Data-driven with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- ✓Organized with strong time management skills
- ✓Background in Product-Led Growth (PLG) is a plus
