About the Role
We are looking for a technical Product Manager to own Cloudinary’s ISV and ecosystem integrations. This role involves technical product work at the intersection of partner engineering, Cloudinary’s platform, and specific Cloudinary products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Represent partner & customer needs internally
- →Own integration technical designs and roadmaps
- →Deliver and grow integrations via internal, outsourced and agentic development models
- →Operate across both experimentation / prototypes and roadmap activities for specific ecosystems
- →Work closely with customers and partners to understand how Cloudinary is used when integrated in customer technology stacks
- →Execute on Cloudinary’s strategic vision to become ubiquitous as a media platform
- →Act as the technical PM for ISV activity, leading integrations for selected CMS, PIM and MarTech vendors
- →Define and oversee successful development of integrations, choosing and running the delivery model
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in product management, preferably with direct experience building integrations, app marketplaces, partner products or ISV developer experiences
- ✓Strong technical fluency in APIs, webhooks, authentication patterns, data models, message flows and integration testing strategies
- ✓Experience working with ISVs and SIs, particularly in DAM, CMS, PIM, MarTech ecosystems
- ✓Proven track record of delivering through outsourced vendors and delivery partners
- ✓Strong partner & stakeholder management skills
- ✓Comfortable with experimentation, defining hypotheses, running fast pilots, and making scale/KTLO tradeoffs
- ✓Excellent written & verbal communications, and experience producing technical requirements, PRDs and runbooks
