Key Responsibilities
- →Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)

Requirements
- ✓4-6 years’ experience as an IT/Tech Business Analyst, preferably in real estate insurance projects
- ✓Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle systems: policy admin, underwriting, claims, renewals, billing
- ✓Knowledge of system integration (APIs, ETL, middleware) and data management (SQL, data mapping, BI tools)
- ✓Familiarity with cloud-based insurance platforms
- ✓Proficiency in BA tools: JIRA, MS Visio, MS Excel
- ✓Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- ✓Familiarity with SQL Server and database design
