About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager – CLM (Federal/GovCon) to lead complex, multi-year CLM implementation programs for U.S. federal agencies and government contractors. This role requires strong program governance and deep experience managing enterprise technology implementations in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage complex, multi-year enterprise CLM implementation programs for Federal and GovCon clients
- →Own end-to-end program lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure
- →Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple engagements, geographies, and cross-functional teams
- →Establish structured, repeatable program governance and delivery methodologies suited for regulated environments
- →Act as the primary face of CloudMoyo for federal agencies and government contractor clients
- →Build strong, trust-based relationships with executive stakeholders, program sponsors, and C-suite leaders
- →Manage and mentor program teams comprising Lead Functional Consultants, Senior Consultants, Engineers, and Solution Architects
- →Drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, CloudOps, and Client teams
- →Own program financials including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and resource planning
- →Monitor risks, dependencies, and KPIs with proactive mitigation and escalation strategies
- →Assess customer landscape to identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
Requirements
- ✓Strong program governance experience in regulated environments
- ✓Deep experience managing enterprise technology implementations
- ✓Strong understanding of federal contracting, compliance, and mission-critical delivery frameworks
- ✓Experience with project planning and tracking tools (MS Project or equivalent)
- ✓Ability to drive disciplined delivery across cross-functional global teams
- ✓Structured, repeatable program methodologies
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
