SENIOR TECHNOLOGY RECRUITER
Salary: Β£40,000-Β£45,000 + Commission
Location: Our offices are in Aldgate, London. You need to be able to travel onsite to London up to 3 days per week, although onsite requirements will vary from week-to-week from 0 to 3 days.
Eligibility: You must be UK-based and able to pass BPSS checks.
THE ROLE
Cloudscaler is growing fast. We're building the AWS and AI teams that are transforming how major public and private sector organisations use the cloud, and we need talented recruiters to help us hire the people who make that happen.
You'll work closely with our Head of Talent, partnering with technical leaders across the business to hire exceptional AWS engineers, architects, and cloud professionals. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role with real commercial upside through commission.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll own end-to-end hiring across AWS engineering, architecture, AI, and commercial roles. That means building sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, running permanent and contract pipelines, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects who we are.
You'll also be a genuine partner to the business: advising hiring managers, sharing market insight and coaching on structured interviewing. And if you spot a smarter way to do something, whether that's a new tool, a process improvement, or a better way to tell our story, we want to hear it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven sourcing ability: you find great people, you don't wait for them to find you
- Experience hiring for AWS or other technical roles
- Comfortable running permanent and contract hiring simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Sharp attention to detail and clear written communication
- Agility; comfortable working in a past-faced ever-changing landscape
Bonus points for experience in cloud consultancies, AI/ML recruitment, UK contract or IR35 knowledge.
