Position Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who has experience working in an AI-native development environment, where AI tools are actively used to design, develop, test and deploy software faster. This role is for engineers who are comfortable leveraging AI in their daily development workflow to build new product features across the stack.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design and develop new platform features across both frontend and backend systems.Build scalable web applications using modern full stack technologies.
β’ Take full ownership of the product lifecycle by using AI to bridge the gap between ideation, UI/UX design, and full-stack implementation, acting as a holistic product builder rather than a compartmentalized engineer
β’ Implement strategic prototyping in collaboration with stakeholders to quickly translate business hypotheses into functional prototypes, leveraging AI to accelerate the "Idea-to-Market" loop
β’ Design and deploy robust features using modern Frontend and Backend architectures, thereby ensuring the agile Full-Stack Development
β’ Redefine development efficiency by deeply integrating AI agents, including Claude Code, Cursor AI, Gemini, Copilot, etc., across the entire software development cycle, from rapid logic prototyping, fast tracked development and complex debugging to automated testing and documentation
β’ Contribute to long-term platform evolution, ensuring that high-level architectural decisions support both current scalability and future AI-driven automation
Requirements
β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience building scalable web applications
β’ Strong expertise in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
β’ Proficient in backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar frameworks
β’ Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system design
β’ Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
β’ Practical experience integrating AI/ML solutions, including working with LLMs, APIs, and AI frameworks
β’ Experience working in AI-assisted development environments using tools like Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT
β’ Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and modern development practices
