About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator to join Clutch, Canada’s largest online used car retailer. This role is the face of the company, ensuring customers have a seamless experience when picking up or selling vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer
- →Address customer needs and resolve issues with exceptional service
- →Inspect vehicles for both cosmetic and mechanical aspects
- →Complete customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
- →Assist team members with various tasks as needed
Requirements
- ✓High school diploma or equivalent
- ✓1+ years of experience in the automotive industry (asset)
- ✓2+ years of customer-facing experience
- ✓Comfortable driving longer distances
- ✓Valid G Driver’s License (Ontario)
- ✓3 years of clean driver’s abstract
- ✓Clean criminal background check
- ✓Legally authorized to work in Canada
- ✓Minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed
