About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer, Design Systems to join Clutch, Canada’s largest online used car retailer. In this role, you will help design and engineering teams build consistent, high-quality experiences across all products and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, evolve, and maintain a scalable design system across Clutch’s web and iOS products.
- →Work closely with design lead and developers to support design-to-code workflows.
- →Collaborate with marketing team to incorporate our brand identity into the design system.
- →Create and maintain clear technical documentation, usage guidelines, and examples.
- →Influence design system roadmap and long-term scalability.
- →Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tooling improvements.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of tech/startup or digital product agency experience, or equivalent.
- ✓Demonstrated experience maintaining a reusable component library and implementing details in code.
- ✓Excellent understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JS, React).
- ✓Excellent visual design skills.
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and domains.
