About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our capital markets-focused fintech team. This role involves owning feature-level UX design across both existing and new product areas, working with complex financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering on designing and refining features
- →Improve clarity, usability, and consistency of existing workflows
- →Partner with Product Managers on discovery, research and ideation
- →Translate complex requirements and datasets into intuitive user flows
- →Produce flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- →Prepare designs for development and support engineering during implementation
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years of product/UX design experience
- ✓Experience with complex products (B2B, SaaS, analytics, enterprise, etc.)
- ✓Strong interaction design skills
- ✓Comfortably owning defined features end-to-end
- ✓Experience collaborating with engineering
- ✓Proficient in Figma and familiar with working in design systems
- ✓Able to clearly explain design decisions
