About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Visual Designer to join Collaborative Robotics and shape the visual identity of Cobot across all touchpoints. This role involves translating complex ideas into a cohesive visual system that connects products, teams, and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and own the evolution of the Cobot visual identity system across digital, physical, and brand environments.
- →Translate abstract ideas and vision into tangible design expressions.
- →Create high-quality assets across multiple touchpoints, including brand guidelines, iconography, and visual systems.
- →Collaborate with product, UX, and marketing teams to ensure a unified design language.
- →Uphold a high bar for visual craft, composition, and storytelling.
- →Contribute to the evolution of Cobot’s brand narrative.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional experience in visual, graphic, or brand design.
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating refined craft and cohesive visual thinking.
- ✓Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design tools.
- ✓Experience creating digital and brand assets across multiple mediums.
- ✓Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
