About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Technical Support Engineer to join CodeRabbit, an innovative company focused on building human-machine collaboration systems. This role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring customers maximize the value of our AI-powered code review platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
- →Educate customers on best product usage to maximize value
- →Set up Zoom calls with customers to resolve issues and improve their experience
- →Support customer success and sales teams on sales, retention, and expansion
- →Collaborate with developers to identify defects and opportunities for product improvement
- →Test new features and develop tools to scale deployments and auto-support infrastructure
- →Analyze existing customer base to minimize risks
- →Define and inspire product changes based on customer feedback
- →Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
- →Provide support on weekdays and off-hours on a rotational basis
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
- ✓Excellent communication skills with business fluency in spoken and written English
- ✓Customer obsession and a passion for delivering high-quality customer experience
- ✓Experience with modern ticketing and customer support systems
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex technical issues
