About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join Coderio, a company that designs and delivers scalable digital solutions for global enterprises. In this role, you will ensure operational governance of a strategic COA/Fulfillment program for a leading multinational company in Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain the integrated Master Plan for the program (Technology – Operations – Stores)
- →Design and implement mechanisms for tracking, governance, and structured executive reporting
- →Identify, monitor, and mitigate cross-functional dependencies and critical risks between areas
- →Ensure each program milestone has clear operational readiness criteria before deployment
- →Coordinate transversally with technology leaders, operations teams, and store teams
- →Implement progress indicators (control traffic lights) and ensure operational adoption of the model
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in managing complex programs
- ✓5+ years leading PMO in large-scale corporate environments
- ✓3+ years managing programs with operational impact in Retail, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- ✓Solid experience in integrated multi-stream planning and hybrid methodologies (Waterfall + Agile)
- ✓Advanced proficiency in MS Project (5+ years) and management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- ✓Proven ability to build executive dashboards (Power BI or similar)
