About the Role

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to lead the development of mobile and web applications for global companies. This role focuses on building scalable digital solutions with a strong technical foundation and product-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the development of mobile (Android and iOS) and web applications using Flutter
→Collaborate closely with UX/UI, backend, and QA teams to ensure smooth feature integration
→Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical decision-making
→Identify and resolve performance, stability, and scalability issues in mobile and web applications
→Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, applying DevOps practices for continuous delivery and product quality
→Manage the publication process in App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with platform standards
→Promote good development practices, code quality, and collaborative work within the team

Requirements

✓Proven experience leading mobile and web application development with Flutter
✓Solid mastery of Dart and experience applying software design patterns
✓Experience with state management in Flutter, preferably using Bloc
✓Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and their correct implementation in applications
✓Experience working with CI/CD and DevOps practices
✓Proven experience in publishing applications to App Store and Google Play Store
✓Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
✓Previous experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical reference
✓Strong problem-solving skills and technical decision-making ability
