About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Graphic Designer to join Codeway, a global consumer tech company with over 400M users worldwide. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our web presence across multiple products, designing high-converting landing pages and marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

→Design high-converting landing pages and web interfaces that align with brand identity
→Create visually compelling digital assets for performance marketing campaigns
→Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems
→Collaborate with growth and product teams to improve web performance
→Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all web touchpoints
→Work closely with marketers, copywriters, developers, and product managers
→Stay up to date with the latest web design trends and best practices
→Refine designs based on performance data and user feedback

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related field
✓2+ years of experience in web design, preferably in a product-based environment
✓Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, web interfaces, and digital marketing assets
✓Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
✓Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and conversion-focused design strategies
✓Ability to balance creativity with data-driven thinking
✓Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
✓Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and passion for creating impactful digital experiences
✓Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment
