We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in React and Node.js to own features end-to-end from database to UI. You’ll build scalable web applications, optimize performance, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship high-impact functionality.

⭐Key Responsibilities ✅Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using React (Hooks, Context, TypeScript) and Node.js (Express/NestJS). ✅Develop responsive, accessible frontends with Tailwind CSS / CSS-in-JS and integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs. ✅Architect and implement backend services, including authentication (JWT, OAuth), CRUD APIs, and business logic. ✅Manage PostgreSQL / MySQL databases: schema design, migrations, indexing, and query optimization. ✅Deploy and monitor applications using AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. ✅Write clean, tested code with Jest, React Testing Library, and Supertest. ✅Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices (SOLID, DRY, atomic commits). ✅Collaborate in Agile sprints: planning, stand-ups, retrospectives. ✅Troubleshoot production issues using Sentry, Datadog, or CloudWatch.

⭐Required Experience ✔️3+ years of professional full-stack development. ✔️3+ years building production React apps (class components → Hooks, state management with Redux/Zustand). ✔️3+ years with Node.js backend (Express or NestJS), including middleware, routing, and error handling. ✔️Strong TypeScript proficiency on both frontend and backend ✔️Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and writing efficient SQL. ✔️Hands-on with Git, GitHub PRs, and modern CI/CD (GitHub Actions, CircleCI).

⭐Preferred Experience ✔️Next.js (SSR, App Router, API routes). ✔️GraphQL (Apollo Server/Client). ✔️Microservices or event-driven architecture (SQS, Kafka). ✔️Terraform or infrastructure-as-code. ✔️Performance optimization (LCP, CLS, bundle analysis).
