About the Role
Cohere is seeking a BizOps Lead to join the Strategy & Business Operations team. This role will support decision making on critical C-level topics and act as a force-multiplier for functional priorities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Influence strategic decision-making by collaborating with leaders across the organization
- →Optimize pricing and packaging to ensure offerings are attractive to customers and profitable
- →Build financial models and analyses to evaluate new and existing opportunities
- →Contribute to corporate development activities including fundraising, strategic partnerships, investor relations, and M&A
- →Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth
Requirements
- ✓3-4 years of top tier investment banking / investing experience, ideally with a focus on software, technology, or digital infrastructure
- ✓OR 2-3 years of top tier consulting experience, ideally with a focus on software / technology
- ✓Some technical background (e.g., CS, EE, Applied Math, or related undergraduate degree, software engineering internships)
- ✓Clear communicator with a high-ownership mentality and bias to action
- ✓Problem solver capable of operating at a level 4-5 on the hierarchy
