About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Operations Partner to join Coinbase's Platform Operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining the operating rhythm that keeps Coinbase’s Platform PG running predictably and effectively. You will be embedded in one of our three largest pillars to ensure pillar-specific priorities are delivered at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- →Bridge central ops and pillar execution by intake, triage, and clarifying operational requests into actionable initiatives
- →Support the pillar’s operating rhythm through managing planning cycles and key ceremonies
- →Enable efficient execution by identifying and delivering process improvements
- →Drive continuous improvement by solving systemic issues and integrating feedback
- →Facilitate budget planning activities including headcount allocation and ROI analysis
- →Maintain measurability and transparency through KPIs and operational metrics
Requirements
- ✓5–8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or related roles
- ✓Proven ability to manage planning cadences and cross-functional alignment in complex organizations
- ✓Experience in management consulting, operations consulting, or strategic ops roles
- ✓Skilled communicator able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Comfortable with ambiguity and able to distill incomplete information into actionable plans
- ✓Data-driven decision-maker who uses metrics to guide prioritization
- ✓Familiarity with budget/resource planning cycles and ROI frameworks
- ✓Proficiency with operational and AI tooling
