About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Developer to join the Connect Build team at CoLab. You will work with a talented team to transform product ideas into production features that users love. In this senior role, you will also collaborate with Product Managers, mentor junior developers, and contribute to shaping the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- →Interpret complex customer problems and requirements to build valuable solutions
- →Collaborate with team members to design and plan new product features
- →Provide input on tools and processes to develop, test, and ship features
- →Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery

Requirements
- ✓Professional software development experience with production-level SaaS products
- ✓Proficient with Java, PHP, Python, and C/C++
- ✓Exposure to Typescript, Python, HTML, and CSS
- ✓Experience with front-end build, package-management, and testing tools
- ✓Experience with version control, release management, and CI/CD workflows
- ✓Experience programming against APIs to interface with products
- ✓Competence in UI/UX design and attention to detail
- ✓Track record of building and maintaining scalable products
- ✓Passion for teamwork and continuous improvement
