What you’ll do: - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance - Review and extract key info from existing documentation - Design engaging learning activities and blueprint course content - Write scripts for instructional videos and e-learning modules - Create and review educational assets (presentations, handouts, interactive tools) - Use company-approved AI tools to streamline content creation - Share feedback and ideas to improve instructional design processes

Ideal background: - Experience in instructional design/curriculum development (construction or technical trades preferred) - Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks - Proficiency with e-learning tools and LMS platforms - Experience supporting content for exam prep or professional development in trades (plumbing, electrical, general contracting)
