About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team as our business expands. This role involves leading construction projects such as office relocations and facility renovations by coordinating with clients and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage all aspects of projects, supporting their completion in all phases according to strategy
- →Demonstrate teamwork, innovation, and excellence while working creatively and analytically to solve problems
- →Conduct daily project progress management, client meetings, local project team meetings, and various other meetings
- →Share information with client representatives regarding project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues as appropriate
- →Explore solutions to meet client requirements while maintaining industry best practices
- →Implement and promote feasibility studies, vendor selection, and proposals for evaluation from appropriate stakeholders
- →Manage quality control, resolve quality issues, and manage project scope and changes
- →Oversee all aspects of projects and programs including planning, building relationships with external vendors, communication, resource allocation, budget, changes, and risk until problem resolution
- →Ensure projects and programs progress according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
- →Understand principles, methods, and techniques of project and program management
- →Handle other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- ✓Experience in managing construction projects such as office relocations and facility renovations
- ✓Strong coordination skills with clients and other departments
- ✓Knowledge of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques
- ✓Ability to manage quality control and resolve quality issues
- ✓Experience with feasibility studies, vendor selection, and stakeholder evaluation proposals
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
- ✓Experience with various asset types including offices, hotels, data centers, factories, and mixed-use commercial facilities
