About the Role
Cologix is seeking an IT Helpdesk Intern for a summer position that offers hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, analytics, and process improvement. This role will work closely with senior IT staff to gain practical skills in information technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist with troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalate complex cases
- →Document solutions and create comprehensive troubleshooting procedures
- →Analyze user experience patterns and develop solutions for improvement
- →Review team performance data and identify trends
- →Identify repetitive tasks for automation and implement solutions
Requirements
- ✓Currently enrolled in a degree program as a rising junior or senior
- ✓Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- ✓Technical aptitude with interest in IT troubleshooting
- ✓Intermediate IT knowledge with eagerness to learn
- ✓Interest in automation tools and processes
- ✓Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- ✓Strong communication and documentation skills
- ✓Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
