About the Role
We are looking for a Partnership Program Manager to join our team at ComfyUI, the world's leading visual AI platform. This role sits at the intersection of community, business development, and culture, focusing on building and managing relationships with studios, creators, and partners who are pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and operate Comfy's end-to-end partnership program, from outreach and onboarding to ongoing relationship management and renewal.
- →Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with studios, creative agencies, AI toolmakers, and platform integrators.
- →Build and manage relationships with top creators, influencers, and production studios who use or want to use Comfy in their workflows.
- →Design and run a creator program that keeps Comfy top-of-mind for the best builders in the space.
- →Own the events strategy and calendar, including meetups, hackathons, industry conferences, and Comfy-hosted experiences.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in partnerships, creator relations, or community programs.
- ✓Experience managing events from ideation to execution, including budgets, vendors, and logistics.
- ✓Strong network in the creative, gaming, or AI space.
- ✓Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and affiliate tracking systems.
- ✓Ability to build relationships from cold outreach and maintain them over years.
- ✓Experience executing events at scale without losing the details.
- ✓Ability to think in systems and build programs that are repeatable.
- ✓Thrive in a small, fast team environment.
