About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Client Delivery team and become the trusted partner of our clients. This role focuses on developing strategic account plans, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through new opportunities and existing account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and build sustainable client relationships
- βAct as primary point of contact for key clients, managing commercial and technical/delivery aspects
- βTake ownership of sold projects from inception to successful delivery in collaboration with PMO and technical teams
- βIdentify, qualify, and close new opportunities while driving upsell and cross-sell within current accounts
- βLead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
- βMaintain healthy pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and update activity and revenue information
- βResearch market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities in target segments and international markets
- βRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Turkey and abroad
Requirements
- β7+ years of experience combining business development, account management, and project/program management in technology or digital industries
- βProven track record of achieving revenue targets, growing strategic accounts, and delivering complex digital projects
- βExperience working internationally with strong verbal and written English communication skills
- βStrong knowledge of technology, digital, innovation trends, and project/program management
- βExcellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills at all organizational levels
- βAbility to drive full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close
- βStrong leadership skills and ability to inspire
